The 2nd year Logistics and Supply Chain Management class went on an educational trip to the Berbera Economic Zone (BEZ). Mr. Hassan Essa from DP World staff welcomed the students there. Mr. Hassan explained to the students the various operations of the Berbera Economic Zone (BEZ) such as customs, DP World, and the Somaliland Special Economic Zone Authority (SEZA). Mr. Hassan also explained to the students the roles and responsibilities of each section and gave the students a tour of the site. The students had many questions for Mr. Hassan, related to the BEZ, which he answered expertly and in detail.
